Why it exists
You shot 2,000 frames. Now the real work: import, wait, render, wait, click, wait. Heavyweight editors treat culling as an afterthought — Cullora treats it as the whole job.
How it works
01 — Speed-first viewing
No import dialog, no catalog database. Cullora reads the embedded preview straight out of each RAW and prefetches your neighbours, so flipping through a shoot feels like flipping through a stack of prints.
02 — RAW-aware grouping
DSC00123.ARW, DSC00123.JPG and DSC00123.xmp are the same picture. Every action — move, rate, flag, undo — resolves the full group first, so your sidecars never get orphaned.
03 — Keyboard-first culling
Pick, reject, rate, zoom, file, undo — all single keys, following the shortcuts your hands already know from Lightroom. The mouse is optional equipment.

Take it back — undo journal restores the last 100 moves
Pick — flag a keeper — Lightroom muscle memory
Reject — flag for the bin without touching a file
Rate — star ratings, 0 clears
Zoom — punch in to 100% at the cursor, drag to pan
Inspect — EXIF panel — body, lens, exposure
Transfer type — RAW+JPG together, RAW only, or JPG only

The beta is free — no account, no card, no catch. Final pricing isn't announced yet; when it is, beta users hear it first and will be looked after.
The first release reads ARW (Sony), CR2/CR3 (Canon), NEF (Nikon), RAF (Fujifilm), ORF (OM/Olympus) and DNG, plus plain JPEG. Previews come from the JPEG your camera already embedded in the RAW, which is why they're instant.
It moves them — it never rewrites, re-encodes or overwrites them. Collisions get an explicit rename, never a silent overwrite, and every move lands in an undo journal. Your XMP sidecars travel with their photo.
The Windows beta is out now. macOS comes from the same codebase and follows shortly — leave your email below and you'll get one message when it lands.
Cullora checks for a new version at launch, shows you the release notes, and installs only when you say so. Every update is cryptographically signed, and automatic checking can be switched off in Settings.
Yes. The beta isn't Authenticode-signed yet (a paid certificate is on the roadmap), so SmartScreen is cautious the first time: choose More info → Run anyway. The in-app updater verifies every update's cryptographic signature regardless.
No. Cullora works fully offline with no login. Accounts stay optional forever — they'll only ever exist for things like license management and settings sync.
